THE PROPERTY Since purchasing the property in 2017, the current owner has carried out an extensive programme of refurbishment to create a lovely and characterful single storey home occupying a peaceful position just outside the village of Haddenham. Extending to over 1600sqft, the property offers superb potential for further conversion. The accommodation is laid out over one floor with contemporary and bright living space with a well-fitted kitchen, central feature fireplace and double doors opening to the garden. There are three bedrooms which include a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further family bathroom. An added bonus is the large open plan space above the car port, offering the ideal room for a home office, games/hobbies room or a gym etc.
OUTSIDE The property is approached over a shared driveway giving access to ample parking and leading to the double car port. The gardens wrap around the property with pleasant woodland aspects to the area. Mainly laid to lawn, the gardens are fully enclosed and be accessed from the main living areas. There are nicely secluded areas for outdoor dining etc. To one side of the house is a detached car port with stairs up to the studio/office space. Subject to planning, this part of the property could easily be integrated and converted into additional accommodation.
